Shipping Policy

Shipping times

We ship our products from our warehouses in the United States, using UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our primary delivery carriers. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. The following is a list of the shipping services we offer, and their respective cut-off times:

Ground - (3-7 business day transit time US ONLY). cut-off time is 2 P.M Pacific Time. Ground orders may be shipped by UPS or USPS depending on location.

UPS 3 Day - (3 business day transit time US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time.

FedEx 2 Day - (2 business day transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time.

Standard Overnight - (1 business day transit time, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time. May be shipped UPS Red Saver service or FedEx Standard Overnght service depending on location.

Priority Overnight - (1 business day transit time, US Only). Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 A.M. Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time. May ship UPS Red or FedEx P1 Overnight, depending on location.

International Shipping - We ship all international orders using FedEx International Economy shipping method. Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time.

APO/FPO - All APO/FPO orders are shipped using USPS Registered Mail.

Puerto Rico/Canada - All Canada/PR orders are shipped using FedEx International Economy shipping method. Cut-off time is 2 P.M. Pacific Time.

Saturday Delivery - (Friday orders, US ONLY). Cut-off time is 12 P.M. Pacific Time. May ship using UPS or FedEx Saturday Delivery shipping method.

If you need the product to be shipped later than the specified cut-off times, please contact our Sales department to see if this is possible, and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Delays

We do not process or ship any orders on weekends or on major holidays. All orders require time for processing. Shipping services that are guaranteed, are only guaranteed as such for transit time. This does not include the time it takes to process your order. Please understand that we are still human, and while most of our orders are shipped the same day, we cannot guarantee it. Exact delivery times to HI, AK, PR, Canada, and for international cannot be guaranteed.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Enter details of your refund, return, or cancellation policies (if any). Provide instructions for when and how buyers can get a refund, return merchandise, or cancel an order. Why isn't my My FedEx tracking number working?

Keep in mind that it is possible that one of your packages may have been separated from the rest of your order and that FedEx may have not shipped your whole order all together. Nevertheless, we advise that you wait a few days for all remaining ordered items to arrive. If the package does not arrive, please go ahead and notify the shipping the department so that we can help you locate your package; however if the package was damaged during shipping, you must contact the carrier directly.

I will be unable to pick up my packages during the times UPS has chosen to deliver. What can I do about this?

You should see if the InfoNotice you recieved has given you any authority over the next attempt. You may be able to leave the InfoNotice for the UPS driver instructing him to either leave the package at your door or drop the package at a different location. You can also visit their website, enter your InfoNotice Number, and request that they reschedule the deliver or return the package to the original shipper.

There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?

Before you come to this conclusion, make sure that you have received a package for each tracking number you have. If you have checked all of the packages and are still unable to find an item be sure to contact BuySunParts’.com's ShippingSupportStaff at 1-800-821-3354 Option 2.

Does BuySunParts.com ship internationally?

Yes. BuySunParts is proud to serve customers from around the world and welcomes international orders

Does BuySunParts.com ship to APO or FPO addresses?

BuySunParts.com currently delivers to APO and FPO addresses. APO and FPO orders will only be shipped by the US postal service. Unfortunately, BuySunParts.com cannot control the delivery time of such orders. Some of these orders could take six to eight weeks to deliver. Know that APO and FPO orders generally take five to ten working days to deliver.

What is the shipping cut off time? If your order is placed before 2pm Pacific time, it will be processed the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm, it may be processed the following business day. If you need the product to be shipped later than specified Cut-Off times, please contact BuySunParts Sales department for special arrangements.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes. From the shopping cart view, select the method of shipping as I want to use my shipper, then type WILL CALL in all blank fields, then click update. Continue checkout normally, and submit your order. You will be contacted by us when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come to will call until you have been contacted by us first, as your order may not yet be processed
